***Please be sure to fill out one registration form for each attending person in your party regardless of their age. You can do this by selecting "Add Another Registrant".
WAIVERS - Waivers must be filled out for everyone under 18 and are included in the form. They must be filled out by a PARENT or GUARDIAN. A link to the waiver will be in the confirmation email. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for any participant under the age of 18 and must remain present on the premises for the duration of the event.
***Registration (the $12 fee) and processing fees are non-refundable. Registration for meals closes on the night of October 8, and meals and other expenses can be refunded until October 8.
***Knives, firearms, and other weapons are not permitted at the retreat.
***We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behavior is severely disruptive or negatively affects the experience of other attendees.
Note:
We try to have a range of food for those who have allergies, however, please note that our kitchen is not allergy free.
